Summer team to Russia June 20 - July 4

Are you ready for one or two weeks sharing the gospel with young people in Ulyanovsk, Russia, this summer?

Young people in Ulyanovsk longs to see others in their city come to faith in Jesus. This summer, Yulia Dobryinina and Kristina Yatsuk, two of the leaders in the church, have challenged us to join them as they arrange camps for youths and students.

Last summer we had a 4 days camp with teenagers from School 37, where Kristina used to be a teacher. It was a great week, and several of the youths confessed faith in Jesus and got involved in church afterwards. We also met the principal at the school, a nice man who cares for his pupils. When I was there 3 weeks ago he asked if we could do a new camp this year. He would organise it, and bring pupils in their early teenages. We would teach about Jesus, hang around, have fun, pray with the teenagers and build friendships. A great possibility to share the good news with even more young people in Ulyanovsk, a city with few believers but a great potential!

Kristina, Yulia and some more from the youthgroup also run 10 private english classes. The second camp will be for those who attend these classes. Most of them between 15 and 25. During the last year, 2 of this students have been saved, and we hope that even more will start following Jesus this summer.
